Research shows that when school leaders have strong emotional intelligence, communicate effectively, and build trusting relationships, the positive outcomes are huge…
Improved student engagement, learning, motivation, and achievement.
Enhanced teacher and principal quality, productivity, morale, and commitment.
Improved school climate, collaboration, and problem solving.
Unfortunately, most school leaders aren’t trained to build relationships. It is no wonder they say building relationships is one of the hardest parts of their jobs. That’s why FuelEd invites district, school, and classroom leaders to develop the interpersonal skills, self-awareness, and emotional well-being necessary to refuel their roles and power up their relationships with students, colleagues, and families. We call it “fulFUELment.”
5 Reasons You Don't Want To Miss The Fueled Leadership Institute!
The Leadership Institute is a yearlong, engaging professional development experience,
featuring more than 40 hours of training and support.
The Leadership Institute program begins with a three day retreat that explores the science, skills, and self-awareness of relationships among fellow principals, assistant principals, department leaders, instructional coaches, district leaders, and teacher leaders who are looking to build stronger relationships, bring out the best in others, create healthy climates, and improve their self-care.
Following the retreat, educators have access to personalized 50-minute counseling experiences designed to personalize their FuelEd learning, help them achieve their personal and professional goals, and enhance their emotional health using a supportive FuelEd Counselor as a guide.
Ongoing Cohort Meetings are a way for participants to gather once a quarter to refuel, build community, share success stories, and dive deeper into the practical applications of their FuelEd learning.
